Appearing public not only raises the awareness of the Volunteer Cadet Corps but also helps to increase our cadets’ confidence.  Its also another way we raise funds so the fees we charge parents and guardians can be kept as low as possible.

HMS Collingwood and HMS Sultan each have a cadet Field Gun team who, along with the team from the Portsmouth Division RMVCC, appear at public shows and compete against each other in a display of discipline, teamwork and determination. These displays also allow us to raise funds so we can continue to expand our range of activities.
