Chivenor Division RMVCC, one of our most recent units, commenced its journey in October 2021. Situated within the grounds of RMB Chivenor, just a short distance west of Barnstaple, our unit resides alongside the esteemed Commando Logistic Regiment RM. This strategic location places us at the heart of the local Corps community, fostering a deep connection and facilitating unparalleled opportunities for our cadets and adult volunteers.
The enviable proximity to our parent establishment, with its dedicated base personnel, provides invaluable support and resources to our unit. It ensures a rich tapestry of experiences and guidance, allowing our cadets to explore and excel in various areas, from honing essential skills like navigation and first aid to engaging in spirited competitions with fellow cadet units.
Our cadets thrive in a vibrant atmosphere where they not only learn essential life skills but also forge lasting friendships, participate in ceremonial parades, and actively contribute to the local community.
